As each item is handmade to order, all Calibrex devices are final sale.
Before you make any purchases, please make sure you have the right tools to utilize any of our products. Kindly note that our app currently runs on iOS only. No returns will be accepted from customers who are not able to utilize our product due to incompatible operating systems.
Damage and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged so that we can make it right!
Please note that refunds are only issued for customers who have received devices with a hardware defect who have opted not to receive a replacement.
All refund requests must be sent to email@example.com, a return label will be provided for customers within the United States. For our international customers, please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our headquarters.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the shipping cost) on your original payment method. If the product is not deemed defective, you may opt to have the item re-shipped to your address (buyer pays shipping costs).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Calibrex will gladly replace any devices with hardware issues, provided that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use for one year after the purchase date. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your replacement inquiry.
